Capsicum Mix Box
Capsicum has crisp, shiny, moist flesh and is hollow with a seeded core. It is less sweet and slightly more bitter than other colors of capsicum. Storage tips: Remove the stems, seeds, and membranes; cut them as you like, spread them on a tray so they're not touching each other, freeze till firm then transfer them in a zip-top bag with all the air pressed out.
