Chikoo is a high-calorie fruit, with each 100gm yielding about 83Kcal in terms of energy. It also contains large quantities of iron, copper, and calcium, along with magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, and zinc. Storage tips: Chiko tastes best when stored at room temperature. when refrigerated they seem to lose their flavor a little; but if your fruits are maturing too fast, then the refrigerator is the best place to store them.
