
Avocado contains protein, potassium, magnesium, folic acid, thiamin, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin K. The avocado is green in color, pear-like in shape. It has smooth, medium-thin skin that peels easily, with dense, pale green flesh.
Once ripe, eat it in the next day or two. Store it whole and uncut in the refrigerator for up to three days.
