Snowball Melon resemble dinosaur eggs, rather than fruit. These melons have light green flesh with a very sweet taste, a tender texture and excellent flavor. Storage tips: Whole melon should be left at room temperature until ripe. Once ripe, place whole, uncovered melons, in the refrigerator.
