Ash Pumpkin is an excellent source of vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, magnesium, phosphorus, and calcium. It helps to strengthen the immune system, stimulate and regulate the digestive tract.
Store it under refrigerated conditions. If a part of the fruit is cut, cover with newspaper and then store. If it's chopped, placed in glass/ stainless steel containers, covered with cling film, and then refrigerated.
